About Us The Plugged-in Shop is operated by Temple Music. Temple Music is a partnership based in Sutton, Surrey and founded in the 1970s by Jon Hiseman and Barbara Thompson, MBE.

Making A Purchase Browse the catalogue (or use the search facility to look for a specific item), and click 'add to cart' to make a purchase. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking 'view cart'.

When you have completed your purchases, click 'checkout' to enter your details and choose payment and shipping methods. Please note that the 'invoice with order' option is available to account customers only. If you select this method without an existing account relationship with Temple:audiotech, shipment of your order will be delayed.

All transactions are in GBP. If you are making a purchase from outside the UK using a credit card your card provider will make the conversion into your own currency for you. If you are an account customer making a purchase from outside the UK, please be aware that it is your responsibilty to arrange for payment in GBP.

Important note: if you pay by credit card, your card will be debited with the full amount of the transaction immediately, regardless of whether the goods are in stock or not. In the case of an unavoidable delay, you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel your order. In this case your credit card will be refunded with the full value of your order, less a small handling charge at the sole discretion of Temple:audiotech.

Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped by ParcelForce. Small packets within the UK are generally shipped by first or second class post. You may select from several shipping methods.
Delivery Schedule Temple:audiotech endeavours to ship all orders in the shortest possible time. Orders placed by credit card and account customer's orders are shipped within 24 hours provided we have stock on hand. In the event that we are unable to ship immediately due to a stock shortage, you will receive notification by email.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All products supplied are new, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. New goods are supplied with benefit of manufacturers warranties only. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Privacy Policy Temple Music do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

b. Administer and enhance the site and service

c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)

d. Monitor customer account status beyond that required for individual purchases

e. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy All goods purchased from the Plugged-in Shop may be returned for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

(1) Carriage for goods to be returned is at your own expense.

(2) Goods must be returned within 14 days of their delivery to you.

(3) Music CDs and DVDs must be returned still sealed. We cannot make a refund if you've been listening to it! Software packages must be returned with their media sealed and any copy protection devices untouched. We cannot make a refund if you've installed it!

(4) Any product returned for a refund must be in perfect condition, suitable for re-sale. We cannot make a refund if you've damaged it!

(5) Of course, any goods which are damaged when you receive them will be replaced promptly and fully at our expense.

(6) If you're intending to return goods for refund, please email us first stating your reasons for wanting to return the goods. If you're dissatisfied in some way, we'd like to resolve the matter with you if at all possible. When we reply to your email we will give you instructions as to how to return the item(s), and what paperwork you need to enclose.

(7) Important: Any refund made will be in the same form as your original payment. In other words, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that card. If you sent payment separately, you will be refunded in the same way.

(8) Your statutory rights are unaffected. Once you have accepted the goods, you are bound by the terms and conditions of use specified by the manufacturer of those goods and your recourse under the warranty for those goods is with the manufacturer, not the Plugged-in Shop.
