All goods purchased from the Plugged-in Shop may be returned for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:(1) Carriage for goods to be returned is at your own expense.
(2) Goods must be returned within 14 days of their delivery to you.
(3) Music CDs and DVDs must be returned still sealed. We cannot make a refund if you've been listening to it! Software packages must be returned with their media sealed and any copy protection devices untouched. We cannot make a refund if you've installed it!
(4) Any product returned for a refund must be in perfect condition, suitable for re-sale. We cannot make a refund if you've damaged it!
(5) Of course, any goods which are damaged when you receive them will be replaced promptly and fully at our expense.
(6) If you're intending to return goods for refund, please email us first stating your reasons for wanting to return the goods. If you're dissatisfied in some way, we'd like to resolve the matter with you if at all possible. When we reply to your email we will give you instructions as to how to return the item(s), and what paperwork you need to enclose.
(7) Important: Any refund made will be in the same form as your original payment. In other words, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to that card. If you sent payment separately, you will be refunded in the same way.
(8) Your statutory rights are unaffected. Once you have accepted the goods, you are bound by the terms and conditions of use specified by the manufacturer of those goods and your recourse under the warranty for those goods is with the manufacturer, not the Plugged-in Shop.
